Weekly reflection · bi-monthly live gathering

Sunday Circle

A weekly reflection to close the week, and a live gathering every other week with a small group who have agreed to be gentle with each other. You may speak. You may only listen. Both are full participation. Your membership includes full access.

The agreements

What we promise each other

◯

No advice uninvited

We witness rather than solve. If you want input, you ask for it out loud.
◯

What's said here, stays

Nothing shared in Circle leaves it. Recordings are never made.
◯

Pass freely

"Pass" is a complete sentence and never asked about afterwards.

The rhythm of an hour

We open with a few minutes of shared quiet, then a single gentle prompt. Whoever wants to speak does, briefly. The rest of us listen without responding — a kind of attention most of us rarely receive. We close by naming one small thing we're carrying into the week.

Who it's for

People who are tired of explaining themselves. People between therapy sessions. People who want company without conversation. Circles are capped at twelve so no one disappears.

Circle is a peer-witnessing space, not group therapy, and it is not appropriate as crisis support. If Sunday feels like too much, the Healing Hall recordings ask nothing of you at all.
